Paring knife carbon steel

Description

A simple little paring knife. The paring knife is perfect for the smaller tasks in the kitchen!

The blade is made from carbon steel (80CrV2) and the handle is made from teak with a bolster in micarta.

Since this is a high carbon steel blade it will rust if exposed to moisture. Do not let the knife lay damp and mos certainly do not run it in the dishwasher. I recommend just carefully rinsing the blade under the tap and then wiping it dry. The steel will also most likely develop a beautiful patina as you use it.
